What the next reviewer receives

Turn the insight into a reviewable action.

01
Separate the claim

A lifecycle label is a claim, not a permanent fact.

The displayed state must remain linked to the source that asserted it, the revision or retrieval date, and the exact model it covers. Similar family names are not sufficient evidence.

02
Make age visible

Date, reviewer, and open gaps belong beside the status.

A review badge without time and ownership quickly becomes decoration. The decision surface should show when evidence was checked, by whom, and which questions remain unanswered.

03
Carry uncertainty

Unknown commercial facts should survive into supplier review.

Availability, lead time, authorization, qualification, and price do not become true because a page looks complete. The RFQ carries each unknown forward as a review item instead of silently filling it in.
